After interviewing and getting quotes from a number of top ranked companies on Homestars, I chose Chris and his team at Elite Trade Painting for my project. The scope was to paint the 1980’s stucco on my bi-level house. Chris took the time to explain my options, the different products out there and pros and cons of each. He was also able to advise me regarding color choices, which I found the most nerve wracking of this process. He also was able to work around inclement weather and a number of changes I wanted along the way. Jose, who actually did the painting, was fast and efficient, was courteous and thorough (removed all downspouts, light fixtures etc, and replaced once the job was finished). He kept the site clean every day. I was very pleased with the results and immediately booked Elite to do the same scope of work for a rental property I own. I got the same consistent and excellent result, even with the extra consideration of working around my tenants’ schedule and scheduling doggy daycare while Jose was on the job. Great job, Elite! I would recommend Chris and his team without reservation.

Vinyl Window Pro did EXACTLY what they were contracted to do, at exactly the time they said for exactly the cost and for the duration estimated. The clean up was complete and thorough, the installation was efficient and unobstrusive and the product is excellent! Yuri, my initial contact, outlined what would happen and then, it did. There is nothing else to say without being redundant. Except that this installation happened during one of the most powerful wind storms ever experienced in Calgary. November 25-27, 2011.
