Alex responded quickly to my request. He purchased the new hardware ( with my approval). He arrived earlier than our appointment time . He had finished another job earlier than planned. He phoned & checked if that was okay He worked efficiently & in a very professional way. The bathroom was left spotless after he finished. He did a fantastic job, I am very happy with the new installation including my fancy taps. I would highly recommend for any plumbing jobs required.

This was my first time using this company. I checked various quotes & settled on this one. As a first time customer I was attracted by the $75 discount ( for self quote). It is important to be clear on specific work to be done. Inside, outside, screens, detachable. Saves time & phone calls. Brian ( owner/ president) was fantastic, always available at other end of phone to answer any questions. Very professional company. Ziah our technician was wonderful, he arrived on time & worked away quietly ( very wet day) if he had any questions he asked. It is obvious he loves his work he has been with the company a number of years. It is not easy going into peoples home to work. I definitely recommend this company & will definitely call again. I will also request Ziah.

I contacted Pestzone regarding a pest problem. Gancy answered all my questions ( I had many). He sent a detailed email with costs, what needed to be moved. If we needed to be out of the house. Time of visit & how long it would take. He was in regular contact by text message as well. He arrived to my home & did a thorough inspection, and gave me the very good news that I did not have a pest problem after all. For such fantastic service I would highly recommend this service and will have no heatitation calling on them if or when I ever have a pest or any other animal problem. Gancy was a pleasure to deal with.
