Had no heat. Called in the afternoon and had heat within 3 hrs. LBP (Leroy) was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service which we were provided and would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Drain excavation and spot repair
We were experiencing intermittently clogging in our main sewer line which would back up into our basement. Anthony diagnosed the problem promptly. Using his scope he showed us the tree root intrusion into our main sewer line. He scheduled a convenient day for us to have our work done. Helped us save the tile from the floor in our basement, so that it could be re-installed. He was very patient and friendly, explaining what the problem was and showing us the area he would be repairing. Overall we had a very positive experience.
