Front the start of the process with sales to the install. It was great experience. Instead of being just sold to, we were educated with what our choices would result in and that helped us make some changes. Otherwise, we would not have been happy with the result. There was a small issue during the installation that was quickly resolved. We are very happy and when we do our downstairs windows, we will be going back to Brock. They may not have been the cheapest, but they did more than just sell us a door and some windows. They made sure we were making the right choices.

I was satisfied with this company and with how quickly they came out when my attempt to do some simple plumbing did not work out. All though the employee who came was going to make me pay for the time it would take him to get a part he did not have in his truck, which I would not be impressed with.

Our trucks are fully stocked with all the most common parts which are usually required but, unfortunately, there are times when we have to pick up material/parts for a customer to complete the job. I was in need of a new dryer and fast as ours had died. This would be the first time I bought anything from Paddy;s and I would go back in a heart beat. I went in and told the rep what I needed. He shoed me a discounted modle based on my needs. I was in and out with a delivery date, in under 15 mins.

I was never worried about this company when it was suggested to me. They completed the work is a much shorter time frame than they advised it would take. I would reccomend this comoany to anyone.

Great service. Gave a reasonable quote and the work was done within the time frame specified. Sale rep answered all my questions and when something was forgoten during the install, they corrected the bill immediately.
