We called Bravehart to discuss the scope and practicality of our project. Both Laura and Bill arrived promptly to our initial appointment and after thorough discussion gave us a feeling of trust and confidence that they could do this job well. Working with Laura during our planning stage has been an enjoyable and stress-free experience. She is a smart and efficient thinker who combined all of our wants and needs with her vast knowledge to produce several creative and functional layouts that our budget could accomodate. She makes herself accessible and has maintained continuous communication during the permit(s) acquisition phase. We have been pleased thus far, and once all permits are obtained we look forward to transforming our vision on paper into a magnificent reality.
