When deciding on purchasing our new hot tub, we went to 3 different companies to see what was best for us. Arctic Spas won hands down. There customer service was great. Since we are new to this whole hot tub thing, we had a bit of a learning curve while we figuring things out. The staff was very patient and very informative and calmed my nerves that I was doing things wrong :) … The spa itself is amazing. We decided on the salt water system and I am so glad we did. It is very easy to maintain, very little chemical use and when we get out, we don't feel like our skin have a film on it, like we have with other bromine/chlorine based spas that we had been in before. Although we haven't had to do it yet, I like the fact that the water only needs to be changed about every 9 months or so, rather than every 3-4 months, as with non-salt water spas. I do recommend getting your salt water spa at Arctic Spas :)
