All of your service professionals are excellent but Nimo Mansouri is yet a notch above. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. He is friendly, courteous and he really knows his stuff. Not only that, he explains everything in language a techno- challenged person like me can understand. I had my annual furnace cleaning and inspection today. The technician, Nimo, was most courteous and highly professional. He was able to answer all of my questions about my furnace and he offered basic, sound advice for good maintenance.
