We worked with Rosalind and her team to stage our Toronto condo in the middle of COVID, while trying to plan a long-distance move and study for a major exam. Rosalind's team was incredible! They listened to our needs within the unit, adjusted to our timing, and all of this with very little lead time. With their help, our condo sold in less than a week and pick up was just as easy. They were incredibly attentive to detail including me being able to text the lead stager to find out where they hid my e-reader that had been on my bedside table. She could describe exactly where she had put it without hesitation. Highly recommend!

My partner and I bought our first condo and it was supposed to be cleaned before closing. That was definitely not the case! I turned to Maid4Condos for help and am so happy with the results! My partner and I purchased our first home that had a popcorn ceiling. Kris and his crew worked around our timeline to not only remove and fix the ceiling but also paint the entire unit! They showed up exactly on time, kept us up to date on the timeline and sent pictures when we couldn't come in to see the progress. Very pleased with everything and will use him again!
