Back in 2015, they got 5 stars from me cause service was fantastic. This is what happened this year. Leaking roof June 28, 2019, called Elite, they sent a someone out to repair, I paid the repair invoice. The repair didn't work. Elite Roofing came out a couple times and then tarped my roof, I made a claim to my insurer took over a month for Rob to get quote to insurer. I was having ongoing conversations with Rob from Elite, he was fully aware my roof continued to leak all summer. We had a very wet summer. When the quote was finally done and my insurer offered settlement Rob advised he would get back to me the next day to discuss options and get my roof replacement scheduled. I waited 2 weeks, never called me back. My roof leaked for 2.5 months. I hired a different roofer and due to the tarp pooling water for 2 months, I had to have wood replaced where the tarp was. It actually ended up costing more because of Rob's negligence. Very very disappointed

After ensuring that we had all of our facts (GPS Records, Receipts, paid as well as unpaid invoices.) they do not concur with the experience you describe.
We made multiple trips out to your property during the entire summer and we always brought our best foot forward to try every possible means to assist you and on multiple occasions, in the end we are left with an outstanding balance that your insurance company has yet to clear up, and a bad review.
16 administrative hours and well over 20 field hours attempting to assist you as much as we could during the whole process. We understand it did not happen as fast as you would have liked but as far as us not trying to help you that quite simply is not true and we whole heartedly will have to 100 % disagree with you here.
