He answered the phone at 7:00pm when we first called, where other companies had an answering service. He took the time to explain our options and find a furnace to suit our needs and price range. He installed it quickly and followed up after to ensure we were satisfied and to see if we have any questions. He explained how to apply for the applicable rebates, and patiently answered all of my questions. His service is exceptional and he cares about his reputation in the business.
