I called The Mold Guy on a Friday, discussed options for removing mould from my attic shealthing. The person was very professional, quoted my requirement on the spot, AND offered to complete the job starting at 7am the next morning. Time was of the essence as I was selling my property and needed to satisfy a condition of the sale. Two very professional employees arrived at 7am the next day, protected my carpets and access area, and removed the mould from my attic. The Mold Guy provided a "Clearance letter" for the buyer of my house and issued an invoice the same day. I highly recommended The Moldy Guy with out hestitation!

Amosite promptly arrived to view the job. I had a heating duct turn wrapped in asbestos and wanted it removed. Amosite discussed three alternatives and provided cost estimates for each. I was impressed with their knowledge and friendly approach. I booked the job and decided on the duct removal approach where the asbestos was present. Promptly on the work day, two members of the Amosite team arrived, prepared the work area by sealing off the necessary vents, used proper ventilation equipment, and removed the asbestos duct section. My entire experience with Amosite was first class service. I definitely would recommend them. They are the real deal.

Alex and his team responded quickly to provide an estimate and to complete the service of moving my water meter and my neighbour's water meter. Our street was under full construction with new sewer and water mains being installed. My neighbour and I had separatedly installled new 3/4" copper water pipes from the curb stop and trenched to our foundation, then through our 24" foundations into our basements. The final cost was less than the original estimate. Manax is a plumber that I can easily recommend. I will use Manax for any future plumbing work at my house.
