Excellence in customer service and a product that is sure to protect our sofa and rug! I was very impressed with our rep Paul who was courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Watching him treat our furnishings inspired confidence. Although I hope to never have to put the protection coating to the test, I’m sure that it will live up to the claims. Very happy to have taken this step to insure our stuff is protected from spills etc. The cleaning products and materials are also a great alternative to the harsh chemicals used in commercial products.

Our dryer was making a loud squeaking noise and Eugene methodically, efficiently, and effectively dismantled the machine, cleaned it of the massive dust buildup, replaced the appropriate parts and reassembled. He was fast and courteous and, most of all, knowledgeable. Repair technicians should all be this good. Top shelf work.
