The service rep was very professional and the cleaning job of the carpets he did was very good. He suggested a new teflon product for the traffic areas which we agreed to and were pleased with the result. He took extra time with some problem spots and returned to his truck to get a product to use on these areas. We will use Ram again and would ask for the same service rep.
