Due to my curiosity just read the previous reviews and they made me really happy to learn that Bruce Clark & Sons are making major renovations as well. Good to know. I am just a small customer but for the last decade I have been solving any plumbing problem or making any unit instalment in my house with this company. And I feel good that being just a small customer I am treated by them as a valuable one. Today I had a minor leak in the basement and Corey came to fix it. In seconds he diagnosed the problem and was ready to fix it. As usual all the necessary parts were in his truck, I didn’t need to wait or to rush to Home Depot to buy any parts. Corey explained me what happened and how he was going to fix the leak. He was very professional, handy and efficient. He didn’t waste a minute though paid by an hour. You know, plumbing is generally a messy job but after the leak was fixed there was no any sign of any mess in my washing room and the basement. As usual I was impressed by a very fair and reasonable pricing. Great job guys! Thank you so much! I wish all the team good luck in business and prosperity.

I am a long term customer and have been using Mersey services for more than twenty years. Generally, I am on a prepaid year contract for my pool heater, AC, fireplace and furnace that saves me a lot of funds. So, today I had my regular check up and cleaning for my AC, fireplace and furnace with Cory (#248) who is Mersey' s technician. Though I always expect a good service from Mersey based on my previous experience, today I was really impressed on how effective, productive and informative Cory Latino from Mersey is as a technician. Not only he gave me a regular excellent service but he also provided me with so much useful and priceless informations about heating appliances. I am about to install a new fireplace in my house and Cory's visit was really a blessing for me as he knows about this stuff so much and shared his knowledge with me. Besides, when he was in the basement he noticed that I had a water leak that could cause a huge damage to my house and that I had no idea. What I also like about Mersey, they always have available all the parts, filters and etc. right on the spot that I always forget to buy. So, with Mersey I never need to rush to Home Depot at the last moment or to dig the papers and Internet to figure out what kind of supply my home appliances require. I just wish that all the companies and services I use as a home owner would work so good as Mersey does. Upon my today's experience thank you Mersey and thank you Cory Latino! Great service as usual!
