Thorough, details, knowledgeable, honest, are all words that come to mind when it comes to my PDI completion. I would recommend it to everyone and any one. It truly was worth every dollar. Would never have picked out the things that was picked out.

Being that this was my first home purchase with a new build, i have heard nothing but horror stories on builders. So i decided to hire a PDI inspector. After thorough research, i decided to go with with ALLMAXHOMES. And it was the best decision for my home bar none. Alan arrived on time for my PDI - thorough, professional, honest, caring and passionate for my home like it was his. Walked me through all deficiencies. I would definitely recommend AllMaxHomes to anyone and everyone purchasing a home. It will only benefit you and believe you wont catch everything. The experience was worth every dollar. If i could give it 20 stars i would.
