James came every day and worked without stopping, doing a fantastic job. People walking by would stop and watch, cars driving by would pull over and look. He tore down the existing deck, finding that it was dangerous, not even attached to the house. Then he built the most beautiful deck, with lighted stairs so anyone using the steps after dark could easily see where they were going. We were so pleased with the front deck that we asked James to build us a back deck, tearing down the existing "sunroom". Well we didn't think anything could match the job he did on the front, but he far exceeded our wishes. James suggested we keep the existing roof of the sunroom. That way, if it rained, we just moved under the roof. Everything he touched was completely finished, even to the sanding down of handrails. And again, James worked steadily from the minute he arrived until he left at the end of the day.
