From start to finish, this was a very positive experience. When Asif came out to give us our initial quote, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. He followed up to all of my email questions, and kept us up to date on the status of our installation date and details. Jean and Osamah were the men that completed the installation, and we could not be happier with the quality and tidiness of their work. They went through their plan with us before they began their work, and completed the installation in 1 day. Before leaving, they took time to show us the various components of the unit, how to work the remote, and outlined the maintenance schedule with us. Thank you for a job well done!

We received prompt service with Lorenc. The work was completed within 2 days, and exactly what we wanted. He removed the floor tile, replaced wooden boards under toilet due to water damage, re-tiled the floor, painted the walls, and put everything back in place. He even upgraded our sink drain and floor vent at no extra charge! Will definitely call him if we need anything else done in the future.
