TERRIBLE customer service. Most blinds needed to be replaced. After changing out only 1 of them, both Cabriele and Carmen ignored my numerous phone calls. Carmen said she put in another order for me to replace the ones that were made too short and/or too narrow, but never heard from them after they got my money. They never returned any of my calls. I would definitely not recomend this store.

The team are very friendly and accomodating to my needs. They treat our dog like she was their's. They're prompt and on time, and call if they're going to be late. Would highly recommend.
