We contacted the Appliance Service Centre after our dryer stopped heating up. Louis replaced the element compartment and ensured the dryer was working properly. He also recommended we get our dryer vent cleaned to improve dryer efficiency and safety. The work was done quickly and Louis was very helpful. Our bathtub was very slow to drain and was backing up into the shower in another room. I contacted Pete the Plumber to book an appointment for a drain auger. David and Derek arrived on time, assessed the problem and got to work. They showed me what they were doing and provided some preventative tips. The problem was fixed within an hour and they also cleaned up the mess. Both gentlemen were very professional and helpful.
