Magic Windows service technicians, Milap & Hansen, were professional and efficient. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. I was fortunate enough to have Sheresh answer my phone call when searching for a new dishwasher. Sheresh is very informative, respectful and has great people skills and customer service abilities. While I was quite sure of the brands to research [Bosch or KitchenAid only], I was not sure which retailer to purchase from.
