Tyler came highly recommended to us and we can completely see why. We look forward to being able to recommend him to others going forward! We were able to get through to him right away, he was knowledgeable, curteous, efficient and fair. He communicated everything from beginning to end and there were no surprises. We had someone come in to hook up our water to the fridge. He was very thorough, explained the options, which one in his opinion was the most reasonable, and allowed us to make an informed decision. He was also patient with me when I didn't quite understand all the terms and jargon and was great about walking me through it. He also explained the option for becoming a member and was not at all pushy about it, was great about being upfront about everything and allowed my husband and I to make a decision that worked best for us. And on top of it all, the job was very well done! We have water :) Thank you! Audrey
