Everything was done following the design, and the inspections with the city were managed very well at all the right stages in the underpinning process. My home is an old row house originally built in the late 1800s so it was full of challenges. Even removing all the ground was a problem for other companies that quoted me (due to the narrow shared laneway at the back) but it was not a problem for Quality Age Underpinning.
