We’d been wanting to upgrade our backyard for several years but didn’t really know the details of exactly what we wanted, we were so lucky to have found Rodrigo who took our vague outline and turned it into something beautiful and much better than we could have imagined! He is a pleasure to work with and has very high standards for his work. His carpentry skills are especially strong and you can clearly see he takes great pride in doing the job right. New flooring, fence with recessed lighting, new deck with lighting, raised kids play house and kids play pergola. The centerpiece is an adult’s pergola with gas firepit, outdoor speakers, corner lighting and chandler. Will post pics soon.

David was a pleasure to deal with, responded quickly to calls and emails and turned the whole project around from quote to designs and building permit in my hands within 2 weeks. I will definitely use his services again if the need arises and have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Achieved extactly nothing over a period of 5 months, still have no refund and no permit. The worst customer service I've ever experienced when paying so much for nothing but hassel.

Dear Tony,
As was explained to you at the time, the arborist report price is an up-front cost that is paid as the work on the arborist report must be done first, before any other work, and submitted to the city along with the permit fee. The arborist report was completed by our team and submitted, fulfilling that portion of the contract. The permit fee, as explained is a non-refundable fee paid to the City for their consideration of the proposal to remove the tree(s) requested. They do not always agree to allow the removal, which was the case with your property. This does not negate the work done on your behalf by our team and the City does not refund the fee, even if they deny the application.
This was explained several times, calmly, even when your communication was less than polite. We hope that you have since resolved your tree issue. With regards, Enviro Tree Care Inc.

I had 10 duel top down and bottom up opening shades installed in my home, Karen did a great job helping select the right product and colours to match existing features. The blinds are very well made and look great. The service was excellent too.
