The problem was that the bricks in the upper part of our chimney were deteriorating and the mortar was eroding because the chimney crown had not been made properly. Brian came and explained the job clearly, how long it would take, when his team would be able to do it and provided a quote which I accepted. It was a pleasure to deal with Cummins Restoration from start to finish. Brian responded to my initial inquiry quickly, the job was done on time and his team cleaned up brilliantly afterwards.

I cannot express how pleased we were with the job done from start to finish. The appointment was for 8:00 a.m. but Matt and Justen arrived a few minutes early. What great ambassadors these guys are for their company. They are friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The job was carpet cleaning two sets of stairs, one hallway and cleaning an armchair. When they were finished in just under 90 minutes we were provided with slip on slippers to view their work and my wife and I both commented that we had never seen the carpets so clean and long standing stains removed. Matt and Justen provided follow up instructions including drying time etc.
