Cory, our Mersey technician, was friendly, courteous, well spoke, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain all the work he provided and ensure I understood everything. We always feel well taken care of after a Mersey visit.

After a straightening iron knocked out power to the upstairs bathroom and flipping the breaker didn't fix the situation we called AC Electrical. I called at 9am and was fortunate enough to have Kyle V. at my door by noon that day. He was polite, courteous and ensured I understood the pricing before he began. He quickly and efficiently fix the problem. I will absolutely use AC Electrical again.

During any power loss, we understand that time is of the essence and try to be as efficient as possible to have it restored. Kyle is very experienced and knowledgeable and definitely an asset to our team.
