Aram was responsive in communications before the appointment. On the date of the appointment, he kept me posted as to his ETA and arrived on time. He was able to identify the problem, explain it to me clearly, offer a couple of possible approaches and resolve it. He also changed a couple of pot lights and gave me some tips. He fixed yet another problem that I am sure others would have said required replacing expensive parts. He was polite, clean (he brought a broom and dustpan) and reasonably priced. And so yes- I recommend Aram!
