I had 5 windows replaced. The product is excellent. However, the installation was delayed by three weeks because the manufacturer / shipper neglected to properly package the windows, so some arrived damaged, and I had to wait for replacements. I booked time off to be at home when the work was originally scheduled, but this didn't pan out because of the delay. However, they did make arrangements to do the install on a Saturday when I was home. They were very close to their predicted finishing time: they anticipated five hours, and it took six. They cleaned up well after they were done and provided a lawn sign.
