November 6, 2011. Update. After I posted the original review, Greg contacted me and promised to re-do the windows on Saturday. As promised, he showed up in the morning and completed the job, the drip-downs are gone and we're pleased with the result. Prompt communication would have made the service a lot more enjoyable. November 3, 2001. Original Review. I'm quite upset to be leaving a negative review. We purchased the coupon for window cleaning on a daily deal website (Kijiji daily deal). Greg was extremely pleasant on the phone and in person. He showed up on time and on the day agreed (Sep. 24.). We tipped him $20 once he was done, he seemed pleased. Later that day, however, I noticed that three windows on one side of the house had drip-down marks covering the top third of the window - 2 windows on the 2nd floor and one window on the ground level. I took pictures of drip-downs and emailed them to Greg asking if he could fix those. He was apologetic and promised to come on October 8th or earlier to fix the issue. This was the last I've heard from him. October 8th has come and gone and Greg did not come nor did he contact me. I have emailed him on October 11th to ask if he was going to come and again on Octobe 19th. Both emails went unanswered. I also called him on November 2nd and left a voice mail, no response. Called again today (Nov. 3rd) but it went to the voicebox again. Arguably, the drip-down marks look worse than the dirty window, so I feel like we went from bad to worse and had to pay for it. Quite disappointed in the lack of integrity of this company and in the incomplete job I will now have to hire someone else to fix.

Hi Olga
As promised I came out this morning and just caught you on your way out. I looked at your windows and they were not as bad as you claim. Yes I agree there was some dripped but what is happening with your windows is all of the gas barrier between the two panes of glass is gone. What this gas does is it helps prevent cold air coming in getting trapped between the two panes of glass then heating up because the home is warmer and condensation forming. The sun comes out drys out the moisture and leaves streaking on the inside of the window between the two panes of glass. I have pictures that I can share with you. You need new windows. If you want a quote I have a few very good window and door installers I can you you their contact info. I also want to offer you a free service for next year also as an apology for our tardiness in addressing your situation.
Hi Olga I have sent one of my workers out to your house twice, each time he returned saying there was no answer. I have received your e-mails and although I did not respond directly which I am sorry for we have attempted to clear up the problem. I will personally come out this Sat. Nov 5 to look after it myself. I hope that this will clear up the trouble you have had.
Greg
