From the beginning, I felt that Slava cared about my needs as a customer and wasn't just trying to quote me the most expensive windows I would pay for. I had received a couple other quotes for my windows, and Window Mart was the most competitive, while also making me feel like they were genuinely trying their best to provide me the best service, even if it meant they weren't making top dollar. Slava was very responsive to my questions, answering immediately, or letting me know he needed to find out and telling me when he would return with the information (which he did).
Once I paid the deposit and confirmed the worder, there was a minor confusion that occurred as we approached the installation date. I had asked for an install date and was given one, but I wasn't told at that time that it was a "soft" date as the windows themselves could still be delayed (which happens). However, I wasn't called to let me know that the "soft" date had changed when there was a delay, and I forgot to call them to confirm. It resulted in a bit of an inconvenience in me having to move back a bunch of furniture, but Window Mart was very apologetic and went out of their way to make amends, providing me with a gift card for the trouble.
The day of the installation, the installers arrived exactly when I was told they would be there. I was told to expect 1 or 2 days for the install, and they were done by 730 pm that night. We did a walk through and everything looked great, they even vacuumed up any mess that they had left, we just needed to do a bit of dusting afterward. The only thing we noted that needed to be addressed was some minor drywall damage around the top edges of some of the frames. The installer went to all the affected windows and used caulking to fill in the gap, which we painted over once it was dry and it was just like new.
Overall, very happy to work with Window Mart and I would recommend them to anyone!
