We had some tenants move out, the apartment was very dirty (2 bedroom about 1000 square feet). Ivanana team did a great job. Took about 5 hours. Really pleased we booked them and will use them again in the future; highly recommend!

Hamid from Elmid designs worked with us to create plans for a basement reno. We were very pleased with the process from our discussions with Hamid about what we wanted to do to getting approval and a building permit. Will definitely work with Hamid in the future and I highly recommend him / Elmid Design.
