I would have been happy if Ryan and his crew went above and beyond. I would have been happy if they had delivered the service under budget. They managed to pull off BOTH of these things. There were three complications associated with the move that were beyond their control; I found about two of them a few days prior, and I found about the third while we were moving from our prior house. I was quite upset about this as I don't like surprising people like this; they just rolled with it. It required them to do more than I asked for in the quote as a result. Not only did they do that, they STILL managed to finish everything ahead of schedule while showing me a couple of tricks along the way. I have absolutely no idea how they did it, but they did it. I would highly advise keeping some extra money in your wallet on moving day and tipping them for their service. When you get your stuff delivered, you'll see why. The amount you tip them will be well worth it in terms of what you save in gas, time, and stress.

I hired Good Fellas to move my family's belongings over the Labour Day long weekend. They came to our house and gave us a reasonable estimate, so I hired them. The night before they were to move our things, I was hospitalized with a gastrointestinal issue. This did not affect their service in any way, and they went out of our way not to take advantage of the situation. They showed up, wished me well, packed up everything as intended despite me being unable to help in any way because I was confined to a couch, dropped our things off at our new house, and did the whole thing UNDER the original budget (the $550 figure above was less than what they quoted us, and that was pretty reasonable). I have some friends that will be moving in the next few months and I'll be referring them to Good Fellas. These guys are just outstanding!
