It is unfortunate that we came Accross Paolos. Work was started but only the cheapest material was going to be used. Had to ask them to even install a standard mesh while putting tiles. First day did not start work without getting the 50% deposit and was at home 10 minutes before 7. After that day the my used to come for couple hours a day. In between the project he sends us a piece of ugliest quartz I have ever seen (which was not even quartz) and told us that this is the only one we can get.. however when the project started he told us he will bring various samples. Had to pay extra to install the toilet and the laundry back. They took the money in advance for these installations and till date it has not been installed yet. He told me that he ll pay me the cost of the quartz and I could buy the quarts and sink from somewhere else... with great difficulty I had to go and buy it from somewhere and the next day he came and quietly took his materials and without informing left the house. After an hour he just dropped a text to find someone else to finish the job... it has now been a month since we have been struggling without a kitchen and laundry basket because of these guys! Please be aware. Also to add on to this.. work currently done is substandard. No professionalism and I myself could have done a better job than them. They have fled away ... lucking I have his licence number and currently in process of suing them
