Hooman texted me to set up a time to check out the work request. At our home, he was professional and competent, suggesting some items that needed to be done for safety which we had not considered. We found his pricing reasonable and well explained. He scheduled a mutually convenient time for the job and then, with a co-worker, did an excellent job installing numerous indoor and outdoor pot lights, GFCIs, a light switch in an unfinished basement area and a new hardwired timer. Both guys were polite and worked hard to get the job done in a day. I would not hesitate to use his services again, thank you very much Hooman!

My Kenmore Elite washer was not working properly (error message). Found Rick on HomeStars. Along the way, my dryer also started not drying clothes completely. I called Rick. He answered quickly. Was pleasant, honest, professional and competent. Pricing to fix both was reasonable. These are old but well made machines. Rick knew about sourcing parts for these and thankfully, was able to repair the both without having to wait for a part. Thank you Rick! (This is why I love HomeStars!)

Adrian was reliable, honest and competent. I dealt with him over both e-mail and phone to set up timing and found he kept his word. At our house, he competently fished wires to our finished basement to hardwire an internet connection. He assisted with a new laptop interface with a wi-fi extender we had already been using, thereby making good use of existing resources. He fixed an existing pre-wired sound system that was causing a problem in the speaker setup. In all, he did a great job and was pleasant to deal with. Would use him again, no hesitation.

We had 4 area rugs cleaned and carpet downstairs and in the upper hall including stair runner. One of these was a costly persian rug, which they treated off-site. Fantastic job all round and wonderful service. Thorough, timely, clean, friendly, fair cost. Olin was a pleasure to deal with. I will use him again and highly recommend him to others.
