I contacted John yesterday to discuss an issue with our fireplace we’ve been having. He was very professional and clear about estimate costs and arranging a time to come. Although we were in no rush to have it fixed so soon it was very appreciated that John was able to fit us in the very next day early in the morning, most likely before all his other appointments for the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us several options based on budget to replace the faulty switch. He even had an original new Napoleon remote control part with him which made it quick and convenient. Communication and scheduling as well as pricing was fair and a breeze. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

Called the day before and he was able to squeeze us in the very next day, this being the holidays and a weekend evening. Fixed our dryer in no time and offered some great tips on how to maintain our dryer and avoid future breakdowns. Was up front with the cost. He was quick, reliable, professional, honest and fair. Thank you so much for making time during your thanksgiving weekend to do our home inspection on such late notice. Even though we bought the house without an inspection we still felt it was important to get an overall idea of the condition of the home.
