The Coopers in East york

Needed a plethora of little jobs done in a day David arrived on time (early actually) was very curteous and knowledgable. and clearly had a strong work ethic He respected and worked around the busy hosehold of kids routine to get the work done. The only negative feedback I would have is not for the person doing the work but for the sales staff. I did request a 9am start because I walk my children to school and David was told to arrive at 8:30 (and arrived early for that time - 8:20). Also, I don't know why there is a sales team for a service that is simply labour hours. During the pre-sale, calls the sales person said no/can not/do not etc so many times it was off putting. I'm very glad I wasn't put off though becuase I would use the company again hoping I don't have to go through the same booking song and dance - here's a thought - I call and ask for 8 hrs on day X, you say yes, take my credit card number , the person shows up as asked and we're done
