Fix badly installed back door and screen doors.
I thought this job would take some time as the doors in question have been “fixed” before, and remained very problematic. It took Ken about 15 minutes to rehang and adjust the doors. They now close like a dream. Ken agreed to fix an old bedroom door—it is a century home. Took him a few minutes. It closes properly for the first time in 21 years! Ken is very personable. An all around great fellow.
