It has taken several calls and several visists from several technicians from Home Savings to figure out why there’s water on the floor around the furnace. Until today, still waiting for them to tell me what the problem is and find a solution! New furnace and humidifer was installed last Nov and while we had no issues thru the remaining winter months, the summer months have been a night mare! We have had issues in water leaking from the inside of the furnace, probably issues with the coil, since turning the AC! This problem was non-existent until the installation of the new furnace. It’s pretty much rediculous that it has been 4 months and norhing much has been done!!

It is the 10 year old air conditioner as the coil leaking water. we found many dirt inside of the coil pan.
We took picture every time we did the services.
We try our best to do it for you and fix it at no cost.
