I ordered two Silestone vanity tops. They took 6+ weeks to come in. After they were installed the issues started piling up. Firstly, they were streaked with something and looked awful. We gave the owner the opportunity to try and clean/fix them. He used 2 toxic substances, one being acetone that he squirted from a Gatorade bottle. This did not work. Second, the measurement for the faucet holes was done before the backsplash was added and when the taps were installed they hit the backsplash when they were turned. We asked that everything be removed and after several days/attempts to make contact this was done. He suggested he take the tops and our Restoration Hardware sinks back to the shop the “safely” remove the sinks...which he then broke and will not pay for. The icing on the cake was when we noticed the acetone he dripped down the side of our brand new oak vanities, which ate the finish off-of course he denies this! I have NO idea how this unscrupulous company stays in business! I guess there are few “after sale”complaints selling gravestones!
