DO NOT HIRE THEM! This company is a joke. I hired them in November for snow removal and for 2 out of the 3 snowfalls, their team never came. The one time they did come, they came about 13 hours after it snowed. They promised notification emails and before/after photos, none of which were provided. When I inquired as to why my snow wasn't removed, they said their contractor just didn't do it. When I asked for a refund they initially declined until I insisted. I wasn't planning on leaving a bad review, and just letting it slide, however, after I cancelled the service mid December, and their customer service team confirmed the cancellation, they still CONTINUED TO BILL ME for January.

This was my first time calling Laird & Son for a general maintenance call after having a bad experience working with the original installers of my system. They were willing to service my units despite not being the installers. Their communication was really great. They were transparent with pricing, and didn't charge me for a few small things they performed. They were also incredibly flexible when I had to reschedule twice. Their staff showed up on time and were incredibly courteous, and provided me with answers to all my questions and were very patient. I couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them for all future HVAC services.

Best contractors I’ve ever hired! I found Green Side Up Contracting here on HomeStars based on their great reviews and I’m so happy I hired them. The owner Jay personally came to my property to do a site assessment and provide a quote. He gave me a quote on the same day (cheaper than the two other companies I approached) and answered all my questions promptly. When the project began he assigned me my own project manager who regularly called me with updates, timing estimates, and made sure I was happy at the end of each workday. Every person on Jay’s team was kind, courteous and went above and beyond, even accommodating my last minute change of plans. They always arrived on time, when they said they would, and left the place tidy when they left. They worked fast, and would give me updates at every step of the way. My assigned project manager came by the day after the work was done to do a final walkthrough with me and make sure I was satisfied, and Jay followed up with a call as well (he even noticed some sawdust left behind in a photo that I didn’t even notice and insisted on coming by personally for one final sweep). I will hire them again whenever I can. My cedar fence is beautiful and I’m looking forward to enjoying it all summer.
