Aubrey is a genuine, honest, straight forward repair professional. It is no wonder he received high ratings on HomeStar and I want to add that he never once encouraged us to even post a comment here. He receives positive reviews because of his good honest service and work. He responded to all of our calls promptly and worked around our hectic schedules. He didn't charge us for the first visit as he needed time to assess the problem. While it did take longer and cost a bit more than expected to repair our dishwasher, it was worth it because Aubrey did a thorough job to make sure he fixed the root of the problem. He showed us everything he was doing and wanted us to understand how to prevent future problems, not only with the dishwasher but with other appliances. A real gem! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and strongly recommend him.

Manny was excellent: polite, honest, punctual and trustworthy. He responded very quickly to our initial email about our washing machine not working. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. He explained what he was seeing and believed to be the problem and how he tested and confirmed it. After finding a pile of debris blocking the appliance pipe, he got our machine working again within an hour. He also looked at our dishwasher for free and fixed it too. Water had not been draining properly from it and he discovered it was because it was installed too close to the wall causing a pipe to kink. Highly recommend Manny and Appliance Repair Toronto. We will use their services again.
