In this sweltering heat, our a/c stopped working, and didn't know whether to change thermostat or some fuse issue. I checked Homestars to see any HVAC service professionals and called New Town Energy. It was a random call and Fabian answered. I told him my issue and he said he will be at my place within 15 mins. He checked the system and told me what needs to be done and did it within 15 mins. If you are one of those people to whom to call out of lot of professionals, then try this company. Fabian is a excellent gentle man and knowledgeable, organized and detail oriented. Fabian does an excellent job walking you through the home. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him
