Tech diagnosed my issue as a faulty blower motor. Quote was $432+tax+ $99 for the service call. In 2009, 25 months ago the same company, same technician replaced the same blower motor. I suggested 2 motors in 2 years at full replacement cost was unreasonable. Tech suggested I phone his manager to negotiate (I wasn't expecting a free motor, just a reduction in labour cost). I phoned the office and was told the manager was "traveling" but they thought he was picking up messages so I left one. Never heard back from him. Called the Lennox Head Office in US and explained my situation re the motor & Manager. Never heard back from them.
Would not recommend Service Experts (apparently owned by Lennox) nor Lennox products. Am now quoting a motor replacement among the top rated Homestars contractors & grant them my future business.
