This contractor pretended to be an expert and secured the contract. Later I realized he is extremely incompetent and not qualified. The job was partially and poorly done and he eventually abandoned the site. The job itself was delayed by more than one month. And he took more than 75% of contract amount under various excuses. I had to bring in another contractor to undo and redo his work.
