Angel in Calgary

I recently purchased a dealticker from you for Pro-Tech carpet cleaning. I tried to book with this company for a carpet cleaning, and had made an appointment for today at 11 o'clock. When 11 came and went and nobody showed up, I phoned the company. The gentleman answered the phone, and thought that I was someone else that he had booked in for 11 and then he asked me how I was paying. I told him that he had booked an appointment with me a week and a half ago, with the dealticker. He told me he remembered and would be there in hour. I called back in an hour and at that point he told me that Dealticker had messed up with the coupon, and he could not do the carpet cleaning for the price that I had paid. He said he would come and do the entire house for $89. I agreed to this, and he asked me to call him back in an hour. When I tried to call him back, he would not answer his phone. I left a message and he did not return my call. I needed to have the carpets cleaned as my roomate and I are moving out of our place at the end of the month and needed to have the carpets cleaned. At three in the afternoon we ended up having to run to the local Safeway to rent a Rug Doctor to do it ourselves. This company is a very poorly run company with even worse customer service. If I had known what a horrible experience this was, I would never have relied on this in the first place.
