Called Stephan to inquire about a new roof. Within 10 minutes, i received a call from Mike asking if he could come by to give a quote. Mike presented a folder which included their insurance certificate, information about the company as well as a breakdown of the IKO roofing system. Mike got on the roof, took pictures and explained the process. I had a problem with my previous vents, so he made a recommendation for a different style. I received the pictures and a quote through email. After receiving multiple quotes, i decided to go with Imperial. Day of the install, they tarped the grounds around my house and my neighbors driveway. They protected my AC and windows. A full crew ripped my old roof off in no time, cleaning the grounds as they were working. They inspected the roof. No repairs were needed. After a few hours, some of the crew left and the remaining crew installed 3 feet of ice and water at the edges/valleys (they did a hidden valley) and synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof. New Dynasty shingles were installed as well as HD metal vents and pipe flashings. I think theres more that i may be missing, but what i can say is I absolutely recommend Imperial. In and out in a day, left everything clean and the roof looks great. I was really impressed with Mike and his crew. I was really impressed with the work.

I've had Bunnell do work for me in the past. When my wife wanted power to our deck I didn't hesitate to call. As before, mutual time discussed and agreed on. Joey was on time and straight to work. He ran power from the garage neatly through PVC underneath the deck. From the deck I now how 2 outlets to handle my speakers, phone and lights! I'm happy with the outcome and will call again.
