The technician, Terry Hamlyn, arrived when they said he would. He was polite and considerate, and obviously well experienced. He replaced the tank, removed the old one, cleaned up, made sure I knew how to operate and check it, and was gone in just over two hours. A customer service representative is visiting tomorrow to follow-up and make sure I am satisfied, which I am fully. I couldn't have received better service.
