Very polite and prompt, got notice that the tech was on his way and within the 2 hour window specified. Went above and beyond hosing down the A/C unit to clear the dirt and dust left by nearby renovations. My only complaint is that booking the appointment required a couple of month lead time. During that couple of month, my A/C unit didn't start up and so I had to Google how to get it going again. A simple fix and certainly not worth waiting for a tech for but had the appointment been more timely, ie before we needed the A/C, the couple of days of sweating could have been avoided. Booking staff were a little short when I complained about having to wait such a long time for an appointment.
