Recently had our front door replaced by the team at Comfort Windows & Doors and we're thrilled with the results. Julian and his team came to our home to walk us through the designs and options, took us to the manufacturer to see the doors and colours in person and were fantastic answering all of our questions and concerns. On top of that, they were competitive in their pricing. The day of install went extremely smoothly as Ramesh (sp?) and his team did an outstanding job removing the old door and installing the new one. He even came back a few days later to do a few touch ups! We highly recommend Comfort Windows & Doors and would definitely use them for the any door or window replacement in future. My hot water tank broke Saturday night and my experience with Atlas Care couldn't have been any better. I called their emergency line late at night and chatted with their on-call technician (Garrett? Gerard?) who, after sharing videos of the issue, was able to diagnose the problem and the need for a full replacement. He talked me through all the safety precautions I should take over night to isolate the problem and make sure that the heater was stable overnight so it could be investigated the next day. The next day, Abdel visted our home to do an on-site visit to review of our broken water heater and walk us through our options for replacement. He was patient with all of our questions and even worked on the weekend to confirm the replacement water heater would be installed first thing Monday morning. My experince with Adbel was much better than my experience with other providers who would only give me quotes over the phone and couldn't quote the cost of the job until they finished the work. On the install day, Abdel came by early in the morning just as the installers arrived to make sure the day went smoothly. He was always available for a call or text message to answer any questions. On the day of, the installers (Mike and Mike) were amazing. They were on time, polite, answered all of my questions, and did terrific work. They finished on time, cleaned up afterwards and before leaving they spent time walking me through the system and work they completed. Overall, the experience was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

We hired Augusta for a local move and we can't recommend them enough. The team showed up on time, was extremely careful and considerate with our belongings, and were very nice guys. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end: Dinko was great to deal with for the quote and organization, and Trent & Goran (?) were terrific with the move; they were clearly experienced movers and not just hiring a few extra hands for the day, they knew exactly how to wrap our larger items with blankets and tape to make sure they were easily transported and yet safely packaged. We would highly recommend Augusta Movers.

We moved to a new home and had a very small window in which we could have painting done. We called WOW 1 Day Painters following a recommendation we'd received and they didn't disappoint. We ended up doing a very detailed site visit with Ryan, who even helped recommend colours and finishes that we should consider given the light in certain rooms. On the day of, the work by Tullio and his team was outstanding; they had tremendous attention to detail, were incredibly diligent with their work, extremely friendly when I dropped by at the end of the day, and responsive to any questions or concerns I had with the job. In fact, we found a few spots that needed very minor touch ups. Tullio reached out to get a few different days / times that worked and made sure to come by at a time that was convenient for everyone. The pride of his Tullio and his team is evident in the work they did and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the work from WOW 1 Day Painters. Be sure to ask for Tullio and his team!

I had a tremendous experience with Addison Pest Control for my bed bug problem. Avery was prompt in answering my call in the evening and set up a time to come out for the next day. His service was quick, easy, and thorough. I've been almost three months and have no signs of bed bugs since shortly after the treatment. A few things to note: - Addison was very discreet. I live in a condo and he showed up in an unmarked white van wearing an outfit that looked similar to a painter. This was much appreciated as you don't want to deal with the 'stigma' of having bedbugs publicly. - His patience was fantastic. He answered all of my questions on the initial call and even had a few unscheduled follow up conversations on the phone when I had a few questions pop up in the days that followed. I hope to never have bed bugs again but Addison would be the first and only place I would call. Thank you Avery!
