We have to sue him to get our money back. Started the job, but failed to finish it. Excuse after excuse and as soon as he has your money, you will only hear more excuses. Began the job on April 28. Backyard was torn up that day. They were suppose to pour the first half on Sunday, with the remainder on Monday. It rained Sunday, so we expected it to be pushed to Monday/Tues. Frank kept pushing it back to rain days. It was 3 weeks and finally we asked for our money back and he gave us $1500 with the remainder to come weekly for the next few weeks. I think we got lucky. Looks like another client is out the whole lot. If Frank from Italian Concrete and Design asks for ANY money upfront, please call Service Alberta at 1-877-427-4088 and tell them that he has taken funds without having a prepaid contractors license. He is aware that he cannot take ANY money upfront, but continues to do so.
