Terrible service. My door bell has been broken for over 3 months and I can't get them to service it or return my calls. This is a system that lets you answer your doorbell thru any phone in your home. It is quite disturbing when you are unaware that someone is at your door. This company tells me that a part is required but they never come up with it. The manufacturer and locasl distributors tell me that parts are not a problem.
